Not much to report. We still have excellent cover. The ski tracks disapeared and we need some snow. I am a greedy man!

OK well we weathered the January thaw quite well. The trails are bullet proof right now. Desperately in need of new snow. Cover is good and have received a dusting of snow. How is the skiing? I would assume it is rough. Snow in the forecast. I have not been out due to hard conditions.

[ March 6, 2010 to March 7, 2010. ] Troop 44 will be camping at Luke’s Lodge the weekend of March 6 and 7.

Well, we have a great base. Need some new snow. We had a minor thaw and the trails are hard and bulletproof! Fast downhills with zero control and impossible uphill action. Well, I always seem to favor the skiers. Cause I am one. Here is a few trails to snowshoe on. They can use the packing of snow. Please remember to stay off the ski trail. Over to the side about 6 ” is great. Both sides can be packed. It helps keep the trail consistant. [...]
