The Clinton County Canine Club will be sponsoring a meet and greet Fall Foliage Walk on September 26, 2010 in order to promote “Responsible Dog Owner” month. Please join them in exploring the 287 acres of the New Land Trust in Saranac, NY. There are over 20 trails, including a mapped tree identification trail. The group will meet at the Trust building “236″ at 1 pm and walk separately or together as each individual chooses. Trails are mapped, but there will be Trust members to act as guides if needed.

Come and enjoy the splendor of fall foliage in the Adirondacks! There is no charge for using the trails (donations gladly accepted), but please bring your own water, poop bags, and sturdy shoes as well as proof of rabies vaccination (tag or paperwork). Leashes are required. There are no bathroom facilities; however, there are 2 outhouses on the premises and the building is open for resting or just to sit and talk.

The sponsored walk will be open to all from 1-3. This is a good opportunity to meet new people and see what CCCC offers as well as a chance to get together and enjoy some stress free activity for you and your dogs. Please plan on coming and bring your friends.
