NLT member and Professor at Paul Smiths College, Dr. Janet Mihuc will lead a Spring Bird Walk.

Join us to explore the various habitats on the New Land Trust, such as the meadow, the sugarbush, the apple orchard, a pine forest, as we are apt to see different species in different areas.

Beginner bird-watchers are Welcome! Bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them.

  1. Thanks for the bird walk, Janet. Hannah and I had the car windows open on the way home and identified the ovenbird, vireo, and white throated sparrow…and several other “what was that?”s. Hope you will lead us again soon.
